We are happy to offer you personalized printing!

TERMS OF USE

  • Images/print designs must be provided in replicable PDF or JPEG formats. Les Belles-Sœurs en mode design Inc. is not responsible for the non-concordance of the pattern provided.
  • You must specify the print measurements of your images/patterns to us (ex. 12" x 12", 20" x 20" or panel). Note that a margin of + or - 2 inches when printing will be considered reasonable.
  • We are not responsible for misprints by the supplier when printing. However, we will assist you in the correction by the supplier.
  • We also offer the services of creation of personalized patterns by a graphic designer, a fee will be charged for this service.
  • The images / patterns of the company Les Belles-Sœurs en mode design Inc. can be combined with a custom print order, but must at no time be dedicated to resale as is. The fibers will have to be modified to be resold (eg creations from the textile fiber).
  • Print colors may vary from fiber to fiber. Les Belles-Sœurs en mode design Inc. is not responsible for the colors of the prints for the personalized designs.
  • Linear continuity may vary from one delivery to another. Les Belles-Sœurs en mode design Inc. are not responsible for a break in continuity in the delivery of a fiber (e.g. in an order of 10 meters, the supplier could send 2 sections of 5 meters of the same pattern on the same fiber).
  • Custom orders are final sale, no refunds.
  • Delivery times are 8 to 10 weeks. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the order.
  • The invoice must be paid in full when ordering. The use of SEEZLE is accepted.
  • In the event of non-payment of the invoice in full or refusal of the order after printing, Les Belles-Sœurs en mode design Inc. reserves the right to resell the personalized printing fibres.
  • In order to ensure the complete quality of the order, a margin of approximately 0.5 to 1 meter per fiber is added to the personalized patterns. Surpluses will be offered to the main client. In the event that the main client refuses to purchase surplus, Les Belles-Sœurs en mode design Inc. reserves the right to resell the surplus to other clients, unless there is a specific written agreement with the main client.
