Shipping Policy

DELIVERY

  • We offer delivery everywhere in CANADA. Packages will all be sent with a tracking number.
    • Fixed fee of $12 (Quebec, Ontario and New Brunswick).

    • FREE delivery on any purchase of $300 or more.
  • Your basket has been updated according to your country of delivery.
  • The lead time for PRE-ORDER fabrics is 8-10 weeks from the pre-order closing date on the 20th of each month.
  • The processing time for orders in stock is 5 working days. In order to reconcile our personal, professional and entrepreneurial life, we usually cut orders on Sundays and Wednesdays. Shipments of orders in stock are therefore usually made on Mondays and Thursdays. This schedule could be modified at any time without notice.
  • You cannot combine an IN-STOCK order with a PRE-ORDER order.
  • You will always receive an email when sending your package. When the package leaves the store, it is your responsibility to manage its delivery as necessary in order to avoid theft since there is currently no signature required during delivery (COVID measure).

IN-PERSON PICKUP

  • Since we do not have a physical store at this time, all order pick-ups must be doneON APPOINTMENT. You must waitreceipt of the confirmation email that your order is ready. This email will give you instructions for making an appointment and the pick-up address for your order. We offer the contactless pickup option.
