TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Upon receipt of your order, you are responsible for inspecting your fabrics within 5 days of arrival. In the event of a problem, you must contact us within this period. Beyond this period we will consider that your order is complete and without defects. In the event of a refund agreement, the fabrics must be in their original condition and therefore must not have been washed, cut or altered.
  • A trimming margin of 5cm is considered acceptable and no refunds will be made for this reason.
  • Linear continuity may vary depending on quantity available. The total quantity could therefore be split without notice depending on stock availability.
  • In case of out of stock or inventory error, the missing quantity will be refunded without notice on the initial mode.
  • The colors and appearance of the prints may vary depending on the composition of the fabric (different fiber). The printing of the same print may differ depending on the textile fiber chosen and the color of the images may vary depending on the resolution of your screen. We therefore take care to inspect the fibers and prints received before each shipment. A reasonable margin of difference with the proposed image will be considered acceptable and the product cannot be refunded for this reason.
  • Our images were purchased under commercial licenses so some companies may have similar or identical images.
  • Several images are EXCLUSIVE to us and have been edited by our graphic designer. It is therefore PROHIBITED to copy or imitate them. PLEASE DO NOT COPY or resell fabrics exclusive to our company. If you have a surplus of fabrics purchased from us, you can offer the resale of your surpluses on our Facebook group.

PURCHASE OF FABRIC IN PRE-ORDERS

  • How pre-orders work: From the 1st to the 20th of each month, we offer dozens of original patterns, including several exclusives. These patterns can be ordered in sublimation printing, on more than ten different fibers. ALL our textile products are sold by 1/2 meter.
  • Our patterns are printed in 12 in x 12 in format, except on the PUL which is printed in 6 in x 6 in. The image of the pattern available in the product sheet is therefore representative of the printing in this format.
  • The order is sent for printing a few days after the closing of the pre-order. Please allow 8 to 10 weeks for delivery of purchases made during a pre-order.

PURCHASE OF FABRIC IN STOCK

  • The processing time for orders in stock is 5 working days. In order to reconcile our personal, professional and entrepreneurial life, we usually cut orders on Sundays and Wednesdays. Shipments of orders in stock are therefore usually made on Mondays and Thursdays. This schedule could be modified at any time without notice.
